Postal orders for the upcoming weekend will be accepted up until Wednesday 12pm every week. Orders for Pick Up in Tauranga for the upcoming weekend will be accepted up until Friday 12pm every week. Bookings made after that for that upcoming weekend won’t be fulfilled.

Rental Period & Return Date: Rentals must be returned on the last day of your rental period. If this falls on the weekend, it will need to be returned the next working day. Please alter the rental period to accommodate for this. Lates fees will apply, if the garment isn’t returned on time.

Rental Booking Deadline: Rentals must be booked 3 working days prior to the start date of your rental period. Bookings made on a Thursday/Friday for that upcoming weekend will not be fulfilled.

Pick Up in Tauranga: Pick Up orders will be accepted up until Friday 12pm for that upcoming weekend/day. Please if you wish to wear it that very day, book as early as possible. To ensure there is sufficient time to get your rental ready 💌

Try On Bookings will only be accepted every week from Wednesday 1PM - Thursday 1PM.
(Unless communicated otherwise)
If the rental you're wanting to TRY ON is unavailable for that weekend. It is unavailable for you to TRY ON. Please try again the following week :)
A LIMIT OF 1 GARMENT PER TRY ON
Once you've selected and added your rental of choice to your cart. Continue to checkout and complete payment as normal.
Your rental will be reduced by 50% automatically.
POSTAL TRY ONS:
Please select "Postal" as well as the "Try On" option.
Your rental will be posted to you via Overnight Courier with NZ POST on that Thursday. You should receive the rental on either Friday or Saturday.
Try On the rental from the comfort of your home. If you're happy with the fit, proceed to make a new booking with us with your preferred dates <3
On the following Monday, place rental back into the postage satchel and hand over the counter at your local NZ Post Office by 4PM.
PICK UP IN TAURANGA
Please select "Pick Up in Tauranga" as well as the "Try On" option.
You will be contacted at our earliest convenience with the Pick Up/Drop Off location.
Rentals will be packaged and named. Rentals must be returned in the same packaging and returned in the same condition it was given to you in.
Return the following day Friday/Saturday to the same address before 12AM.

Damage Waiver Protection: All orders encompass a damage waiver fee automatically. This is included in the price before delivery. This fee covers minor damages while the rental is in your possession, allowing you to enjoy your rental without any added stress.

Pick Up in Tauranga: Please select the date you will be wearing the rental. The end date needs to be the day you will be returning the rental. Late fees will apply if not followed or other arrangements are not communicated prior to your booking.
Please select both "Pick Up in Tauranga" on the individual rental page and at checkout. Otherwise continue with the delivery option as per usual. Any orders that don't follow this procedure will not be fulfilled.
Postal Orders:
Please alter the rental period to reflect the correct dates that you will be wearing the rental and returning the rental on. If the last day of your rental period falls on the weekend. Select another rental period block to ensure it falls on a business day instead.
